Began his career in the woodworking industry at age 19, working in a cabinet shop and gaining first-hand knowledge of shop operations.
Earned an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Design while working full-time, demonstrating early commitment to continuous learning and advancement.
Promoted to the engineering team, where he refined his skills in technical drawing, production workflows, and shop efficiency.
Worked across multiple cabinet and metal shops, expanding his expertise in manufacturing, materials, and production management.

Founded Winslow Works in 2018 as a side venture, which quickly gained traction due to
Rick’s deep knowledge and problem-solving capabilities.
